My bookmarks are the perfect example of utilizing every last part of an animal hide so nothing goes to waste! They are also an opportunity to experiment with fun, beautiful beads to create a truly functional gift for yourself or others. All bookmarks are created from deer, elk, buffalo or various types of cowhide leather then hand laced with beads on the end of the lace. They measure 1 ½ x 7 inches with 6 inch laces. Each one will provide years of “page location” reminders to your favorite reading materials.
